Purchase of plot of land opposite Club Marbella reception

The opportunity was presented to the Club to acquire the remainder of the plot of land located opposite the Club Marbella reception which has been rented by the Club for many years in order that Members and guests can park their vehicles.


Further to discussion amongst CRC members and advisers, the purchase was approved using funds generated from the sale of apartments.
This acquisition is considered as a sound capital investment for the Club.
