Coronavirus (Covid-19) FAQ

If you have booked through the PLUS department to come to Crown Resorts in the near future, we will do our best to provide you with a suitable replacement booking in 2020 or 2021 once we know when the resort will be re-opened. Please be aware that such bookings will need to be in the same points banding as your 2020 booking because space will be at a premium.
If you have booked to come to Crown Resorts or any other destination through RCI, please contact them direct. You will find their contact details on the website www.rci.com.
At this present time, please do not try to make a new booking through the PLUS department as we do not know when the resort will re-open. Information regarding the re-opening date will be posted on this website www.crownresorts.com.
The resorts are currently closed due to there being complete “lockdown” enforced in Spain which includes border closures and no incoming flights. When the Spanish Government decree is lifted we will be able to re-open the resorts.
If you have an urgent enquiry, please send an email rather than telephone. We will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible, but it may take us longer than usual.
