A FEW WORDS FROM OUR ANIMATORS

Dear Crown Points Members and Guests,

The present situation has taken us all away from our daily routine and it is important to find a new routine to maintain our mental and physical health.

 

 

From all of us, we hope you find some our suggestions below useful.

  • Have a regular bedtime routine and get plenty of sleep. In the morning, have a shower, medítate, do some exercise, have breakfast and get dressed in comfortable clothing but not pyjamas.
  • Organise your day and set yourself some goals.
  • Plan your meals choosing healthy food to give you plenty of nutrients. Avoid saturate and processed food and unnecessary sugar.
  • Follow an exercise routine daily or every other day. There are many free workouts on YouTube, so no excuses!
  • Look at the positives from being at home. Share conversations with your family, telephone a friend – be communicative!
  • Dig out the books you have kept for “when I have time to read” – that time has come!
  • Organise your house. Having a good clear out and tidy up helps keep your mind organised.
  • Learn a new language or skills using one of the many online learning platforms.
  • Have fun – try new recipes, watch movies, listen to music, sing or dance.

Remember that this situation will pass and we should try to make the most of it.  Stay positive and rest assured that we will be waiting to welcome you at the resort when the world is back to normal.
