Meal Plans – Drink Plans at Crown Resorts

Why not take advantage of the Meal Plan options made available at Club Marbella and embrace the slogan “Today I don’t cook!”.

Options offered are a breakfast buffet, half board (lunch or dinner) and full board.

These options are available for one day or up to the duration of your stay. Discounts are offered dependant on the number of days for which meal plans are committed to be taken.

Our meal plans offer a range of homemade dishes, a wide selection of desserts and the option to choose a main dish “a la carte” for a small supplement.

“Drink Plans” can also be added to your meal plans or purchased individually and, depending on the time of the year, meal and drink plans can be used in all F&B outlets across our Clubs.

Calendars 2018 and 2019

How can you work out the arrival date of your week?

As you are aware, the resorts have fixed dates for every week, but sometimes different calendars/agendas indicate different dates from those shown in the Crown Resorts’ calendar.  Therefore we would like to explain to you how to identify the correct check-in date for your week(s) at Crown Resorts.

Crown Resorts has four different check-in days, these are: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday – on your Membership Certificate you will find your check-in day and week number.

Additional information:

Crown Resorts’ weeks’ calendar starts always with the first Saturday of the year.

If we take this year as an example (2018), we have the first Saturday on the 6th of January, which means that week 1 begins from Thursday the 4th of January 2018 till Sunday the 7th of January 2018 (depending on your arrival day on your membership certificate).

When the first Saturday of the year is on the 1st of January, or when in leap years the first Saturday is on the 2nd of January, that year has 53 weeks. This will occur in 2022, 2028, 2033, 2039, 2044 and 2050.

Free safe usage for 2018

Further embracing opportunities to enhance Crown Resorts Club membership value, a decision has been made to offer Members, whilst occupying their week at the Club, the use of their apartment safe for no charge – enquire at Reception at time of check-in.

Free Wi-Fi for 2018

An additional Member enhancement which has been implemented this year is that Free Wi-Fi will be made available to Crown Resorts’ Members when staying at the Club during their week(s) of ownership. This means that if a Member owns one week, then they will be able to enjoy one week of Free Wi-Fi (standard speed), if they own two week then they will be offered two weeks of Free Wi-Fi, and so on.

For information, please enquire at Reception upon check-in.

Dear Mr Cubley,

I returned last Saturday after three weeks in Club Calahonda and feel the need to inform you of the service of your reception staff gave me.

I arrived at Club Calahonda to check in on 4th February after a 17 hour journey from home in the UK. (I spent the night in Birmingham airport) and was greeted by Cindy who I knew from previous visits.

“Passport please.”

I put my hand to my pocket, no passport! I checked all pockets without success.

“Credit card?”

I opened my wallet and the card was not where I always keep it. I really felt low now. To a weary traveller the end of the world had come.

Within moments ‘phone calls had been made to the police to report the stolen passport and another to cancel my credit card. It was done with such calm efficiency that I hardly noticed. Now, armed with a welcome pack and apartment keys plus map and instructions on how to get there I was wished a happy stay and told to return for any help when I needed it.

This professionalism applied to all the other reception staff who over my stay “Held my hand” at every stage. Although I had never been into Malaga city before with the help of various members of Reception staff I set off for the Consulate with a very clear picture of my destination and how to get there. Their help was both invaluable and faultless.


May I ask you to thank them for their help given to me and the manner in which it was done. Always calm, assuring and going beyond the extra mile / kilometre they constantly lifted my spirits, filling me with a sense of purpose and confidence to deal with anything. If it had not been for their help I am left in no doubt that I would not have enjoyed my stay. They deserve every accolade that is available.

Hi Maria,

Just a note to thank you and all the staff at Club Marbella for making our two week holiday so great.

Special thanks to the Reception staff who dealt with all our queries!  The Club Marbella cafe staff who were always very helpful and able to provide gluten free bread for me.  The minibus service was very much appreciated either for shopping or going to La Luna beach – the driver was very welcoming.

Finally the weather was superb – a real bonus!

A look back at Christmas 2017 and New Year 2018

Members and guests who stayed at Crown Resorts over the 2017/18 Christmas/ New Year season enjoyed the company of Father Christmas and his Elf who shared their Christmas magic with all.

Various festive activities were made available which were presented by our animation team, with two of the restaurant highlights being the traditional Christmas Day lunch with all the trimmings as well as the special New Year’s Eve Gala Party – both hosted in Café Marbella.

This is the third year when the “Three Kings” (Melchor, Gaspar and Baltazar) have visited Café Marbella at Club Marbella, offering our younger and indeed more mature guests an afternoon full of tradition, illusion, joy and magic.

It was pleasing to see many of our Members and guests enjoying this activity mingling with the staff team and their children in a fun and relaxed atmosphere whilst at the Club.

Winter Members Pack – Vouchers, discount for Members’ Welcome Dinner, essential starter pack, Friday coffee morning

Members staying at the Club during the winter season 2017/18 have the opportunity to meet and spend time with fellow members – and, in some cases, renew old acquaintances – by joining the weekly Coffee Morning activity held every Friday at Café Marbella. This event, which was implemented several years ago, has proven to be popular since its introduction.

In addition, these Members will receive a Winter Enhancement Pack comprising of a series of discount vouchers for some of the Club facilities as well as having the opportunity to enjoy the weekly Welcome Dinner.
